Skip it unless you're a serious De Gaulle completist or WWII history buff—a two-part biopic about French politics during occupied Europe needs either A-list talent or critical buzz to justify the time investment, and this part-two feels like a slog through bureaucratic drama without the payoff of seeing the legend actually liberate France.
