Skip it unless you've got restless kids to wrangle. DC League of Super-Pets is a by-the-numbers animated romp that trades on the Justice League name but delivers exactly what you'd expect: decent voice acting (Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart) can't salvage a paint-by-numbers plot about a dog and his misfit animal crew. It's harmless family fare, but there's nothing here that'll stick with you after the credits roll.

Plot

When Superman and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto the Super-Dog must convince a rag-tag shelter pack - Ace the hound, PB the potbellied pig, Merton the turtle and Chip the squirrel - to master their own newfound powers and help him rescue the superheroes.
