Skip it unless you're a die-hard Child's Play completist. Curse of Chucky is a mid-tier slasher that tries to revive a franchise that had already run out of ideas, and while it's not unwatchable, there are plenty of better horror options to spend your evening on.

Plot

After her mother's mysterious death, Nica begins to suspect that the talking, red-haired doll her visiting niece has been playing with may be the key to the mounting bloodshed and chaos.
