Watch it—Jeff Bridges' Oscar-winning turn as a washed-up country singer is the real deal, and the chemistry with Maggie Gyllenhaal elevates what could've been a tired redemption story into something genuinely moving. It's a solid, character-driven drama that earns its emotional beats without getting schmaltzy.
