Skip it tonight unless you've got kids to entertain—this family sci-fi adventure has the makings of a decent kids' film with its Moon setting and buddy-quest premise, but it lands firmly in forgettable middle-ground territory with no critical buzz or cultural staying power to justify your evening.

Plot

After the death of his father, a boy growing up on a lunar mining colony takes a trip to explore a legendary crater, along with his four best friends, prior to being permanently relocated to another planet.
