Skip it. Brother Bear 2 is a direct-to-DVD sequel that feels like it's treading water with a tired plot about rekindling old romance—exactly the kind of follow-up that exists mainly to pad the studio's catalog. Unless you've got kids who are already obsessed with the first film, there's nothing here worth your time tonight.
