Skip it. This sounds like a precious indie character study with a gimmicky premise that's been done to death—a lonely guy finally gets his moment on TV. Without critical validation or recognizable talent behind it, there's no reason to gamble your evening on what's likely to be a one-joke short film stretched into feature length.
Plot
Mr. Jacinto, a lonely, repetitious and well-groomed gentleman, is finally given, after many attempts, an opportunity to appear as a breaking news piece on television.
