Skip it. Blue Streak is a forgettable '90s action-comedy that relies on the tired premise of a criminal posing as a cop—Martin Lawrence's charisma can only carry so much dead weight. Unless you're specifically in the mood for lightweight, dated humor with zero stakes, your time is better spent elsewhere.

Plot

Miles Logan is a jewel thief who just hit the big time by stealing a huge diamond. However, after two years in jail, he comes to find out that he hid the diamond in a police building that was being built at the time of the robbery. In an attempt to regain his diamond, he poses as an LAPD detective.
