This 2017 DC animated film is a forgettable romp that wastes a fun premise—Batman and Harley teaming up should be comedy gold—with lazy writing and a paint-by-numbers plot that even die-hard DC fans have largely forgotten. Unless you're desperate for anything Batman-adjacent on a Friday night, there's better animation out there.

Plot

Batman and Nightwing are forced to team with the Joker's sometimes-girlfriend Harley Quinn to stop a global threat brought about by Poison Ivy and Jason Woodrue, the Floronic Man.
