Skip it—Bambi II is a direct-to-DVD sequel that pales beside the original classic, and while the father-son dynamic has heart, the execution feels formulaic and emotionally thin. You're better off rewatching the 1942 masterpiece tonight or picking literally any Pixar film instead.

Plot

Return to the forest and join Bambi as he reunites with his father, The Great Prince, who must now raise the young fawn on his own. But in the adventure of a lifetime, the proud parent discovers there is much he can learn from his spirited young son.
