Skip this one tonight—while the corrupt cop-versus-mayor premise has potential, the muddled plot about a shady cop caught between two equally corrupt forces lacks the clarity or star power to justify your time. Without critical backing or a compelling hook, you're better off finding a crime thriller with more momentum.
