Skip it. 'Artboy' sounds like a generic coming-of-age dramedy that's been done to death — shy artist, Halloween backdrop, vague emotional stakes. Without critical backing or a recognizable creative team to justify the clichés, this feels like a watch-it-later at best, not a tonight kind of movie.

Plot

On Halloween night, a shy high school artist must navigate social validation and the bittersweet lines of friendship and heartbreak.
