Skip it unless you're a die-hard Carl Weathers fan or nostalgic for '80s action cheese—this one's a forgettable revenge thriller that doesn't deliver enough laughs or thrills to justify your time. The premise is solid but the execution is lazy, and it's been thoroughly eclipsed by actual good action-comedies.

Plot

Vengeance drives a tough Detroit cop to stay on the trail of a power hungry auto magnate who's systematically eliminating his competition.
