About My Mom and Me
2024 · 1h 44m · Drama, Comedy
Watch it tonight if you're in the mood for something intimate and introspective—the 1970s USSR setting and dual coming-of-age/midlife crisis premise has real emotional depth, and the focus on a mother-daughter relationship told with warmth and melancholy is exactly the kind of character-driven drama that lingers. Skip it if you need plot momentum or broad laughs, but if you want quiet, thoughtful cinema that trusts its audience, this is worth your time.
