Watch it. Rotoscope animation transforms Philip K. Dick's paranoid drug narrative into a visual trip that's weird enough to justify the 140 minutes—it's not a crowd-pleaser, but if you're in the mood for trippy sci-fi that doesn't spoon-feed you answers, this delivers. The middling RT score undersells what's actually a smartly ambitious film.
