Skip it. Without any critical validation and a plot that reads like every other generic coming-of-age rom-com about finding yourself, '29' offers nothing that suggests it'll be anything but a forgettable evening. You've seen this story a dozen times, and there's nothing in the premise that promises a fresh spin.
