Skip it unless you're a Wong Kar-wai completist or have serious patience for languid, visually sumptuous meditations on loss and longing. This is a gorgeously melancholic film about romantic obsession that demands you meet it halfway, and if you're just looking for something to enjoy tonight, you'll probably drift off.
