Skip it tonight unless you're a history buff with a taste for big-budget Chinese epics. '1911' has an intriguing historical premise about the fall of the Qing Dynasty, but it's bogged down by a bloated cast, uneven pacing, and the kind of CGI-heavy action that doesn't always land. Save this one for when you're specifically in the mood for a history lesson, not entertainment.
