Skip it. This direct-to-DVD sequel barely clears the mediocrity line with a 67% on RT and a disappointing 5.8 on IMDb—both red flags for a kids' movie. Unless you've got young children who'll watch literally anything Dalmatian-related, your evening will be better spent elsewhere.

Plot

Being one of 101 takes its toll on Patch, who doesn't feel unique. When he's accidentally left behind on moving day, he meets his idol, Thunderbolt, who enlists him on a publicity campaign.
